Coaching

One-to-one coaching is possibly one of the most focused and impactful development tools available. Time spent in one-to-one coaching is focused entirely on you: your goals, your situation, your choices, your decisions. All sessions are totally confidential (even when paid for by your organisation) so you can feel confident to explore even the most challenging of topics.

You may be considering coaching for a variety of reasons: maybe there’s a specific goal you want to achieve but you’re not sure how to get there; maybe you’re experiencing tough times at work at aren't show what to do next; maybe you’re unclear as to what you want to do next in your career; or maybe you're considering one-to-one coaching for a completely different reason. Whatever the reason, coaching can help you gain insight and clarity. If you'd like to learn more about the process, or simply look your coach in the eye, take advantage of the free 30-minute chemistry call.

Coaching sessions can be booked as lone sessions or packages of 3 or 5 and can be held virtually or face-to-face.

Leadership Development Programmes

At Wendy Forrester Consulting we believe that Leadership Development is most effective when it is tailored to meet the needs of the business and the participants. For this reason, we do not offer `off-the-shelf' leadership development programmes; all our programmes are bespoke.

Our approach has 3 stages:

Stage 1: Meet with the individual/s commissioning the programme to learn more about the company, business needs, development gaps and goals.

Stage 2: Meet with some or all of the proposed participants to explore their views, perceptions and appetite for development.

Stage 3: Produce a proposal.

And the good news, there is no charge for stages 1, 2 or 3, so you've got everything to gain by getting in touch!

Leadership Team Facilitation

We approach Leadership Team Facilitation in the same way we approach our Leadership Development Programmes, so whether it's a 4-hour meeting, a 1-day team engagement session or a programme of Leadership workshops over a year, we'll take the time to understand your needs to ensure the desired approach, style and impact is achieved
